Nate Avery
Its a cold harsh place out in the black. Hard to survive. Easy to loose you way.
For the crew of the Roger Young, Nate Avery, a man of principal, albeit with questionable ethics and certain moral flexibility, is their guiding light.
Isi Renatus
Born with the amazing ability to generate energy, Isi has spent her entire life in captivity under the watch of The Fountain's power generation department. A guinea pig for their research, she knows very little of the world or what she is fully capable of.
Now a guest of Nate and crew, she is learning fast....although not necessarily from the best teachers.
Ronan Coleridge
Ronan is the conscience often missing from Nates Decisions. He offers a calm rational and counterbalance to Nates impulsive manner.
Old friends, Ronan has always got his back. Owing his life to Nate.
Samantha Gideon
She is the geek of the group. Love of computers programming and techno-stuff. She understands the science of space, the mechanics of Nate's arm gauntlet, and how to complete level one on Mario in 30 seconds.
There is no tragic back story with Sam, she stumbled across the group during one of their missions, and finding the whole think cool asked to accompany them. To see the verse.
Philip Church
Church is the groups main pilot and engineer. Not only is the Roger Young his ship, but it is actually part of him.
During a past heist that went majorly south, Church was forced to repair the central core of the Young using the only operating system he had to hand. His own mind.
As a result his mind is fragmented with logic and reason embedded in the Young, and remaining within him.
Gideon constructed the equilibrium device that allows Church's mind to be whole while plugged into the ship. When unplugged he acts on raw instinct and emotion.
Nicola Kalproski
Although a skilled doctor, not much is known about Nicolas past.
After the crew "resolved" some local issues, Nicola felt indebted to them and decided to tag along in order to repay them for their help.
